 No Cash Refunds: All sales are final. We strictly do not offer cash refunds or monetary returns under any circumstances once a purchase is completed.

 Damaged Items & Replacements: If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement product.

 Verification Process: A replacement will only be issued after our team receives clear proof and confirms that the product was indeed damaged prior to or during delivery.

 No Returns: We do not accept product returns for refunds. Replacement is the sole remedy available for confirmed damaged items.
